Clients/Prospective Clients.  Store data on clients and prospects. Influence allows you to view all historical vacancy, placement details, sent CV and interview information.  Full contact management is available for telephone calls, letters and mailshots.

Workbench.  From the workbench, instantly access all your day to day information. Access your diary and tasks and keep a finger on your daily workload. Tasks automatically pop up to notify you of important meetings and callbacks.

LAN/WAN facilities. Influence can run over a terminal server / citrix environment or can utilize standard VPN connections.  As a thin client solution, bandwidth usage is minimal.

CV management. Drag and drop CV's from your inbox onto the influence workbench to automatically populate the candidate record, keyskill the candidate, save a copy of the CV and generate your own "safe" CV record instantly. 

Clients and Contacts. Assign multiple contacts and multiple branches against one client. Each with their own dedicated record card.  The system keeps details of conversations and emails at the click of a button. Relevant information is always dispersed across the database to related records (i.e. one note entered on a vacancy will automatically appear against client, contact, candidate and vacancy).

Document Management System. Each record in the database has it's own directory generated for document storage. Drag and drop documents onto the document storage grid in order to save them and add notes and titles to documents for internal use and easy access.  Any document can be defined as available to the automatic emailing system.

Task Management / Diary System.   Influence enables consultants to manage their time effectively with the diary and time management system.  Users can access group or individual diaries, generate new tasks and link directly to the Influence database to instantly retrieve relevant information.

Candidate Information.  Store information on new and existing candidates, view each candidate's CV on screen as each candidate is opened without having to open up the document.  Influence allows you to store details of all conversations and emails at the click of a button. Relevant information is always dispersed across the database to related records (i.e. one note entered on a vacancy will automatically appear against client, contact, candidate and vacancy). From a candidate record view historical placement, sent CV and interview information.

CV Management.  Influence automatically generates and stores you own branded CV's from information held on the candidate records. Multiple CV versions can be stored for each candidate, and there is a fully integrated scanning facility for populating the candidate record cards as a CV is dropped into the system from Outlook, Outlook Express or from a directory. 

Postcode (PAF) Module (Optional). Full address verification is available via entry of full or partial postcodes, along with a fully featured "radius" search which enables you to find relevant candidates within a certain distance of a postcode.

Letter and Email Templates. Influence offers full integration with Microsoft Word for mailmerge letters. Rich text email templates are also available within the system for automated email generation. 

Call Scripting. Unlimited user-defined templates can be assigned to telephone conversations in order to prompt for capture of information or to ensure that procedures are carried out correctly. 

Vacancies.  Influence stores vacancy details for permanent, contract or temporary vacancies. Use the automatic criteria search to ensure that correct candidates are suggested for each available role.  Influence also enables long list and shortlist generation for permanent, contingency and retained searches, along with an instant booking facility for temporary workers including full text message integration.

Timesheets.  New timesheet records are generated automatically during booking, enabling you to automatically generate Invoices for clients and contractors.  The Influence booking system will also link to many industry standard payroll and accountancy systems including Tempaid. 

Search Facilities.  Comprehensive Boolean search facilities are available within all searches.  Search results can be transferred at the click of a button to the "Macro Manager", which enables automatic mailshot, email and text message generation to the relevant candidates or client contacts.  Candidate, Client and Vacancy searching are all available within the system.   The search results and criteria can be saved for future use or used order to regenerate common searches.

Bulk Document Import.  Import batches of CV's from document directories, along with standard import facilities for clients and vacancies.
