Database.  Utilising Kerridge Computer Company's high end commercial database and programming language KCML, with Thin client technology reduces network bandwidth.  The Influence database has a full ODBC interface enabling SQL queries from 3rd party software and reporting tools.  Influence operates on most hardware platforms incuding Microsoft Windows NT Server, Microsoft Windows 2000 Server or Professional, Microsoft Windows 2003 Server (all editions), Microsoft Windows XP Professional and most Unix or Linux distributions.

Enhancements.  At Influence we are commited to ongoing product enhancement.  We are constantly looking at new features that will improve the efficiency of our customers.  Enhancements are released to all customers as a matter of course.

Customisation. Influence specialise in customised solutions for your business.  If you have specific requirements for your database we can build it into the system quickly, efficiently and most importantly effectively.

Computer Telephony Integration.  If your phone system is compatible we can set the system up to automatically dial the telephone numbers as you click on the contact details within the software.

Web Integration & E-Commerce. Should you wish to integrate any of the candidate or vacancy data into your website we can provide customised XML uploads to your web server.  Industry standard SOAP integration is also available.  The Influence software also has direct SMS functionality built in (requires additional GSM/GPRS modem).

Management Reporting.   A full compliant ODBC interface is available for reporting from Excel, Crystal Reports or other ODBC compliant reporting tools.  Key Performance Indicators are available in order to manage the performance of consultants and clients with automatic spreadsheet exports available.  Historical performance can be stored for future reference.

E-Mail Integration. Influence links to Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Outlook Express or any SMTP server, enabling template email generation in rich text format.  The system can be parameterised to generate e-mails automatically with attachments such as cv's or vacancy specifications

Faxing.  Faxing is available from generated word documents or through additional K-print faxing overlay system

Security.  KCML supports detailed security definitions - down to field level, with full logging facilities available. Every record is stamped with user information and date/time whenever an amendment is made
