Telephone Hotline and Email Support
Our standard support services include a telephone hotline available for all critical issues. We are usually able to fix issues on the spot with a team of highly skilled programmers available at all times. For non-critical issues or enhancement requests you may use our email support services.
Remote Access
Influence technicians use remote access software such as Mikogo to take over your PC or server and assist with critical issues. Facilities include the ability to show our screens to demonstrate functionality and to transfer files. We can perform all support functions without the need to come on site. Of course if an issue requires critical onsite attendance this is included as well.
Updates to the standard software
Influence automatically release updates to our software when they become available. Software updates* are sent to every supported customer
